Anne Grete Duvald has designed the pattern for this poncho. The poncho is knitted in plaited basket stitch with two strands of einrúm L-yarn on large needles. The outcome is a warm, jet light poncho that can be used over a jacket or under a coat.

YARN

The pattern is made for L-yarn qualities.
The pictured poncho is knitted with rib and turtleneck in two strands of main colour A L 2013 Klórít. The body is knitted in with on strand of main colour A, L 2013 Klórít and one strand of Contrast colour B, L 2005 Barít.

NEEDLES

Needle sizes are only a suggestion – swatch to determine which needles you need to use to meet gauge. 8 mm (US 11) and 10 mm (US 15) circular needles, 60 cm long. Crochet hook for tubular cast on and a blunt point tapestry needle.
