The BOYFRIEND – LAMB YARN KIT is tailored to your specific measurements. Just tell us your size and the colour you´d like, and we´ll make sure you have the perfect amount of yarn with your free BOYFRIEND LAMB YARN pattern. Easy for you and ensures minimal waste!

The pattern is based on our good old classic Boyfriend sweater, KBG 11, originally designed for the einrúm L yarn. Just like with the KBG 11 sweater, wear this sweater from the right side or the wrong side. Work the sweater in the round from the top down with short row shaping for the neckline. Make increases on either side of the faux raglan seam stitches that accentuate the raglan shaping. Faux seam stitches also highlight the side ‘seams’ of the body and the underside of the sleeves. When needing to change yarns, do so at the faux seam stitches on the sides of the body, the undersides of the arms or the raglan decreases, in order to hide the transition.

CONSTRUCTION

This sweater is designed to be reversible so you can wear it with either the knit or the purl side showing.
First work the sweater in the round from the top down with short row shaping for the neckline. Then work increases on either side of the faux raglan seam stitches that accentuate the raglan shaping. Faux seam stitches also highlight the side ‘seams’ of the body and the underside of the sleeves.

When needing to change yarns, do so at the faux seam stitches on the sides of the body, the undersides of the arms or the raglan decreases, in order to hide the transition.
